At Roboson India, we prioritize delivering your orders in a timely and efficient manner. Our shipping efficiency is categorized as moderate, ensuring that your items are dispatched and delivered promptly.
Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
- Shipping Details:
Courier pickup is available for All purchase, Return Pickup, Return. Pickups are available Monday-Saturday from 10:30 AM to & 6:30 PM. Our Courier Pickup is done with the help of courier partner.
We offer various like standard shipping, Express Shipping options. In some cases, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
- Shipping rates & costs:
- Free delivery is provided for all new product purchases.
- For orders under warranty, you will receive free delivery for returns and return pickups.
- For orders new spare part purchases and exceeding the warranty, the fixed shipping cost for return and return pickup will be charged as follows:
- Rs. 100 for up to 1 Kg.
- Rs. 150-200 for up to 2 Kg.

All customer orders can be shipped and delivered to all parts of India with an approximate shipping time of 10-15 working days. Please note that we are unable to process any orders on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination.
- Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp, allowing you to track the status of your delivery.
- Shipping Carriers: We are connected with trusted shipping carriers to ensure your orders are delivered safely and on time. Our delivery partners will make three attempts to deliver your order, so please provide accurate contact and address details during checkout. Occasionally, a valid ID proof may be required for delivery.
- Shipping delays: At Robson, we aim to deliver your products within the estimated timeframes.

Our team will do their best to assist you promptly. Although we aim for timely delivery, unforeseen weather or carrier delays may happen. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.

Returns, Refunds, Cancellations and Exchanges
- Return and refund:
At Roboson, we understand that plans change. That's why we offer a flexible return policy to ensure your satisfaction. While we hope you never have to cancel or return a product, we're here to assist you if needed. Our goal is to make the process hassle-free for you.
- Return and refund policy:
Most of our products are eligible for return and replacements for orders. However, please note that items that are Made to Order are not eligible for returns. The return and exchange policy for every product is clearly mentioned on the product page. Please note that Wearable Breast pumps are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Want to cancel the order:
- Cancellation before shipment: Your decision is respected. You'll receive a full refund for cancellations made before your order is shipped. Just inform us before shipment by contacting us, and we'll make every effort to cancel it and issue a full refund.
- Cancellation after shipment: Once the order is shipped, you cant cancel your order.
- Extended Quality Guarantee
At Roboson, we aim for your confidence in your purchase. That's why we offer a 1-year warranty on most products, except for the Wearable Breast Pump, which comes with a 6-month product warranty and an additional 6-month extended warranty, covering normal wear and tear. Keep your proof of purchase and reach out to us if any issues arise within the warranty period. We're committed to finding solutions, be it repair, replacement, or refund.
Please note that certain exclusions apply, such as damage due to misuse or unauthorized modification. Refer to our complete warranty policy for further details.
- Return/Replacement Process:
- If the product is eligible for return or replacement, you can raise the request from the "Contact Us" section in the app within 7 days of delivery.
- Only products that are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all labels and tags intact, and in the original packaging are eligible for return or replacement.
- Ensure the original packaging remains unopened and intact, and return the full package, including any complimentary gifts received.
- Kindly cover the shipping fees for returning the product.
- Provide a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase from our official website to facilitate the return process.
- Please note that products which are marked as non-returnable are non-refundable.
- Return Initiation Policy:
- Contact customer care to initiate a return request.
- Our customer support team will assist you in resolving the issue.
- If the issue remains unresolved, a return pickup will be scheduled for your product.
- Upon return to our warehouse, the issue will be addressed, and the product will be sent back to you once resolved.

We are really sorry to mention this but Roboson does not offer any Refund policies. However, there are some exceptional cases where refunds may be considered, such as for damaged, incorrect, or expired products received from our end.

REFUNDS
After receipt and inspection of your item, we will promptly process your return or exchange. Please allow up to seven (7) days from receipt for processing. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement. You will receive email confirmation once your return has been processed. Approval or rejection of your refund will be communicated after inspection. Approved refunds will be issued within 7 business days to the original payment method.
- Claims of Issues:
If any product arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receipt to facilitate a prompt replacement at no additional cost.
To request a return or replacement for eligible products, please contact us with the issue within 7 days of delivery. Only unused, unworn, unwashed products with intact labels, tags, and original packaging are eligible for return or replacement.
- Belated claim:
If a damaged product is reported after the 7-day window, replacement may still be possible, but additional charges may apply. These charges will encompass the cost of the replacement product along with any associated shipping or handling fees.
- Can I return part of my order?
Yes. You can return any products that are eligible for returns within 7 days of delivery. Please do note there are some items that are not returnable or exchangeable.
