Replacement Policy
Thank you for your interest in the products and services of Roboson India.
This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, purchased from Roboson India (the "Physical Goods").
At Roboson, we prioritize the satisfaction of our valued guests over all additional. We understand the significance of your Roboson product in your daily life and are committed to delivering exceptional quality and reliability.
Roboson stands behind the quality of its products and clearances that they will be free from manufacturing defect under normal use for a period of 1 year from the original purchase date. Please note that accessories handed with the main unit aren't covered by this bond.
Our dedicated customer service team at Roboson is empowered to make final opinions on all bond claims and reserves, including preferences for the same colour. Depending on stock availability, we may provide a new or refurbished unit in the same colour.
If you encounter any covered defects during the warranty period, we request you to raise a complaint by contacting us through our "Contact Us" page.
- Who Is Covered?
The limited warranty of the product only covers the original or actual purchaser of the product while it is under warranty.
In the case that a product is transferred or given as a gift, please be aware that this warranty is non-transferrable and does not cover any other beneficiary, transferee, or owner.
- What’s Covered?
- We offer a 1-year warranty on most products with batteries, including garment steamers, vacuum cleaners, and hot air brushes.
- For wearable breast pumps, we provide a 6-month product warranty and a 6-month extended warranty.
- This warranty covers normal wear and tear associated with proper use as outlined in our manuals.
Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Misuse, abuse, rough handling, or negligence.
- Unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification.
- Liquid damage, including water or milk entering the motor.
- Damage to accessories (only breast pump motor parts are covered).
- How long does the coverage last?
For most products: 1 year, except for wearable breast pumps.
Wearable breast pumps: 1 year, comprising a 6-month product warranty and a 6-month warranty extension.
Warranty Period:
For all products (except wearable breast pumps) purchased from Roboson India: 360 days from the date of purchase.
For wearable breast pumps from Roboson India: 180 days from the date of purchase, with an additional 180-day extension.
Replacement Warranty:
A replacement product or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original product from the date of the actual product purchase, even after replacement or repair.
- Convenient door-to-door service.:
- We provide door-to-door pickup and return facility for products covered under warranty, ensuring convenience for our customers.
- For products under warranty, we offer free door-to-door pick-up and return service with no additional courier or shipping fees.
- For products that are out of warranty, standard charges will be applied for the repair and courier service.
- Important Reminders:
At Roboson, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and that's okay! We are committed to your satisfaction, and our warranty policy is designed to provide peace of mind and easy support. Let's simplify it step by step:
- Evidence is Authority: Keep your original Roboson tax invoice receipt safe. It's your key to warranty claims!
- Images speak volumes: If your product needs assistance, evidence is crucial. Send us pictures or videos showcasing the wear and tear or any problems. This helps us assess if it falls under the warranty.
- Refunds and Exchanges Explained:
- Refunds: You can request a refund (except for wearable breast pumps, as they have no return policy) within 7 days of receiving your product. However, after 7 days, refunds are no longer available.
- Exchanges: If your product has a quality issue we verify, you can request an exchange within 15 days of receiving it.
- Warranty: For manufacturing faults, you have a 1-year warranty. This starts from the date you place your order, not the repair or replacement date.
- Warranty Guidelines:
- Warranty is applicable only to the initial purchaser and is non-transferable.
- The warranty services are limited to repair or replacement of the product depending upon the product category and is at the sole discretion of Roboson.
- Warranty services of Roboson can only be availed by presenting a valid proof of purchase by the customers.
- You can register a warranty service request at contact us, our customer service team will contact you and attempt to troubleshoot the issue.
- Roboson warranty coverage shall only be limited to provide repairs and solutions of the fault reported. In case a replacement is provided, it will be fulfilled with an equivalent performance device only, with or without packaging & accessories.
- Roboson shall not cover any claim or compensation for inconvenience, loss of time, loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, loss of data, loss of goodwill, work stoppage, any personal and/or commercial loss, compensation for mental agony, anxiety, etc.
- Roboson will make every effort to carry out repair/replace at the earliest to its customers, in cases of delays due to uncontrollable scenarios, we are under no obligation to do so in a specified period of time.
- Warranty Exceptions:
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only, excluding normal wear and tear, misuse, or unauthorized modifications. Here are the conditions not covered by our warranty:
- If the Roboson product is not used or handled according to the manual provided at the time of purchase.
- Warranty support is not provided if the product exceeds the specified warranty period from the date of purchase mentioned in the proof of purchase.
- If the Roboson products presented for warranty support are more than the warranty timespan mentioned above from the date of purchase mentioned in the proof of purchase. For certain product categories, support services shall be provided on chargeable basis as out-of-warranty cases.
- Damage caused by customer abuse, unauthorized repairs, misuse, attacks by pests or pets, accidental damage, liquid spillage, exposure to extreme conditions, non-specified charger usage, wire tampering, improper use, or acts of nature such as lightning or abnormal voltage.
- Issues related to aesthetics, including look and feel, intentional damage, sound quality degradation due to dust accumulation, and deterioration of aesthetic components through regular wear and tear.
